In the dissertation there is scrutinized finance control development in the sphere of Ukrainian custom. There is given scientific basis of custom finance control in market economy. Legal and organizational grounds of customs sphere in Ukraine are considered/ There are covered the development stages of local tariff regulation. tendencies of regulative policy are defined as well as the peculiarities and challenges of finance control custom sphere. There are worked out reccomendations upgrading the principles of custom tariff policy/ The ways of improving the effeciency of currency control over export-import operations are defined. There are defined the ways of development of previous custom finance control.
