Vitovska I. The lawful control of the natural resources usage of the marine economic area of Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the complex and detailed investigation of the lawful control of the natural resources usage of the marine economic area of Ukraine. It has been considered the concept and classification of the natural resources that can be used within the marine economic area of Ukraine. It has been analyzed the rights of users of the natural re-sources usage of the marine economic area. The relationship referring to the rights of the natural resources usage of the marine economic area have been observed like an independent law institute being organized. It has been carried out the complex investigation of the ecological legisla-tion of the lawful control of the natural resources usage of the marine economic area of Ukraine. It has been formulated the conceptual views as well as the new positions of the legislation in laws have been proved.
