Essay

In work on the basis of complex researches first the exposed dinamics of changes of the activity Na+, K+ - ATPase, Ca2+ - ATPase in the process of development of chronic hepatitis B the that exposed dependence of these changes on, age and floor of patients. Set dependence of activity of transmembrane transport of the ions Na+, K+, Ca2+ from energy ensuring and it is led to that chronic hepatitis B is accompanied by the decline of endogenous pool by AMP and ADP investigation what reduction in the red corpuscles of the ATP maintenace was. It is also exposed as a result of conducted researches, that subject to the condition chronic hepatitis B there was the decline of maintenance of c AMP as a result of oppression synthesis in the adenylatcyclase reactions and shaarp growth of amount of cGMP as a result of activating of gunilatcyclase.
