Essay

The object of the research is question-answer dialogical unity analyzed as functional-adaptive system in English spoken discourse. The aim of the research is investigating into question-answer dialogical unity functional adaptation through the analysis of system structure properties and environment factors correlations. The methodology of the research draws on the integration of general theory of systems, the theory of functional-adaptive systems, discourse analysis, text linguistics, speech acts theory, the theory of politeness, pragmalinguistics, functional, semantic and structural syntax, phraseology. Theoretical results. This is the first complex multi-aspect question-answer dialogical unity research in terms of linguosynergetics and discourse analysis. Here firstly the dialogical unity question-answer was defined as a discourse unit which realizes its self-organization potential in order to fit the interactional frame; the question-answer dialogical unity system structure model was developed, theabove system structure together with environment factors were defined and their interaction was subjected to analysis. Practical outcomes. Theoretical knowledge and results gained in the course of the research can be introduced into University courses on Theoretical grammar ("Syntax", "Sentence pragmatics"), theory of communication, pragmalinquistics, discourse analysis, the above results can be also used when teaching dialogical speech in classroom settings. Aplication area: socio- and pragmalinguistics, cognitive pragmalinguistics, linguosynergetics.
