Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of lipid and fatty-acid composition of enterocytes apical membrane at action of ionizing radiation in doses 0,1-6,0 Gy. The ionizing radiation causes decrease of phospholipids and cholesterol quantity, various changes of saturation coefficient various of lipids different fractions fatty-acid. The structural modifications can result in the detected rise permeability of membrane for ions, disturbance of enzymes functioning.
