Melnikov A. The criminal responsibility for the crime's accomplishment by a group of people.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the theoretical and practical questions to define the groups of people as the subjects of crime, their general description and it's devoted to some objective signs, to the sign's definition of the fourth criminal groups which include the all combinations of the criminal group. The new edition of the article 28 of the Criminal Law of Ukraine was offered here. The general description and the kinds of criminal groups were analyzed in this work, the group of people as a subject of crime was defined here too. The legal, objective and subjective sings of the criminal group were established according to an analysis. The criminal responsibility's peculiarities of the criminal group's members were researched in this work.
