Tereschuk B. Age peculiarities of the kidney reaction under the action of denervation, ischemia and delymphatization.

The dissertation is devoted to study of age peculiarities of a structure, manifestations of adaptive and compensatory reactions of a kidney. The informative morphological characters and chronology of an adaptive and compensatory morphgenesis of nephrons and kidney stroma of the different age animal under the action of the denervation, ischemia and delymphatization was established. The early compensatory reactions by the way of amplification of structural maintenance of transport processes in of the cortical nephrons in old animals and the juxtamedullary nephrons in young rats are detected. The late compensatory reactions of the nephrons in old animals implemented realized by the way of an endocellular, and in young rats of a cell regeneration. The differences of early and late adaptive reactions are discovered, which one in young animals localized in the cortical nephrons, and in old rats - at first in the cortical and in the end of experiment - in the juxtamedullary nephrons.
