Makarenko L. Theoretical regularities of legal prescriptions.

The dissertations contains integrated study of the law the theoretic regularities of action of the legal prescription. It covers conceptions and characters of legal prescriptions analysis, legal prescriptions and law norms correlation, and also location of legal prescription in the legislative system. Author proposes his own views on the rules of action of legal prescriptions in the time, in area and in the circle of persons. The particulatuties of action of legal prescriptions in the process of their usage and the dependence of action of legal prescriptions on their variety and form of realization are shown on their analysis. Author proposes conclusions, concerning conception of legal prescriptions, action and realization of the legal prescriptions.
