Special complex research of criminal responsibility for life health impingement of a person, committed in deep nervous emotion, based on the Criminal Code of Ukraine (CCU) is presented in this dissertation. Objective and subjective signs of types of crimes stipulated in articles 116 and 123 of the CCU have been analyzed. The notion of „deep nervous emotion” is determined, the correlation of „deep nervous emotion” and „physiological affect” is given; the term „deep nervous emotion” is suggested to substitute for „physiological affect” in articles 116 and 123 of the CCU.
