Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to experimental and theoretical research of opportunities intensification of solid phase reduction of iron from ore materials with gases and carbon separately and in a complex by chemical - catalytic influence on reacting system. For the first time complex of researches of different kinds of adsorption of gases on oxide surface is carried out; the speed of superficial reactions of their reduction with gases is determined. The intensificating opportunities of the small additives of alkaline metals salts in charge while reduction of iron oxide with gases are investigated. For the first time the influence of these catalytic additives on various kinds of adsorption of the gas participants of process on a oxide surface and on speed of superficial reaction of reduction is determined. The kinetic of gasification of the various forms of carbon gases in absence of the catalytic additives and in case of their putting into charge are learned. For the first time various kinds of adsorption of gases on a surface of samples Csol are measured. The representations about the mechanism of intensification influence of catalysts are profound during oxidising gasification of carbon.
