Malanyuk A. Criminal proceeding connected with international relations under the legislation of Ukraine.

The dissertation deal with the special features of criminal proceeding connected with procedural mechanisms usage of the international cooperation in field of criminal justice. The essence, nature and kinds of the international legal assistance in criminal cases, as well as its correlation with international cooperation in combating crime are revealed. A considerable attention is paid to the analysis of order of legal proceedings holding, transferring of criminal prosecution, extradition, recognition and execution of the sentences in criminal cases in accordance with the current legislation and Ukraine's Code of Criminal Procedural in draft. In this research conditions and grounds for preparation of the international inquiries depending on use of the concrete form of the international cooperation in criminal cases are singled out. Proceeding from the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine in this field, the necessity of perfection of procedural guarantees of the rights of individual subjects ofcriminal procedure has been substantiated and corresponding propositions to the draft of Ukraine's Code of Criminal Procedure formulated.
