Bobechko N. The Judgments Reconsideration in Exclusive Proceeding Order.

The thesis is dedicated to the issues of the formation, essence, aim and purposes of the judgments reconsideration in exclusive proceeding order, the grounds for judgments review and the regulations of these judgments reconsideration form. The essential features and peculiarities of the judgments reconsideration in exclusive proceeding order are defined, new revealed facts and new (additional) materials are differentiated, the analysis of trial procedure in exclusive proceeding order is made. Considerable attention is paid to the questions of broadening the procedure guarantees of the persons' rights and legal interests on this criminal procedure stage. The proposals of improving Ukrainian criminal procedure legislation regulating the judgments reconsideration in exclusive proceeding order are given.
