Laschuk E. The Crime Article in Criminal Law of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to research of concept, essence, contents and legal nature of the crime article, its place and connection with elements and separate attributes in structure of crime. The problems of crime classification and peculiarities of criminal-legal qualification of social non-security act in view of the crime article have been considered. The special place devoted to developing the theoretical questions of definition and conception of the crime article and its signs (attributes); victim as crime sacrifice; place in structure of crime; interrelations with object and objective party of structure of the crime; differ crime article from implements and means of crime; general and special classification of the crime articles; criminal-legal qualification at a competition of the criminal-legal norms in view of the crime article and mistakes in the crime article. The propositions concerning improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine about the criminal liability and also other legal acts are brought in.
