Solovjova A. Criminal-law characteristic of compulsion to performance or default civil-law obligations (article 355 Penal Code of Ukraine).

The dissertation opens a complex of the problems connected to features of the criminal - legal characteristic of compulsion to performance (default) of civil-law obligations. Taking into account the domestic and foreign legislation, the point of view about correctness of addition of the criminal legislation of Ukraine on November 20, 1996 new by structure of a crime - compulsion to performance (default) of the civil-law obligation is proved. Features of construction of this structure of a crime are investigated, its components and elements are analyzed. Drew the certain conclusions concerning improvement p. 1 article 355 Penal Code of Ukraine.
