The object is 146 patients with chronic cholecystitis, cholesterol lithiasis; the aim is to improve the efficiency the treatment of patients with chronic cholecystitis, cholesterol lithiasis of the basis was found that short-term treatment with bile acid preparations; the methods are clinical, instrumental, biochemical, immunofermental,; the course use of carbonaceous hydrocarbonate sodium mineral water after bile acid therapy has a high clinical effeciacy and can be recommended as a stage in conservative treatment of chronic cholecystitis and cholesterol cholelithiasis; the results are the new scheme of treatment has been elaborated that makes it possible to secure stable remission of the disease find to prevent its chronic course and development of complications; all this thesis have been introducing into training process and practical medicine; the field of medicine.
