The dissertation is devoted to the research of international labor migration in the countries with different levels of economical development and social evolution in the context of international labor migration in Ukraine. Own method of evaluation of international labor migration impact on key demoeconomical indexes was developed. Also the research work proposes the ways of international migration experience implementation into the migration policy of Ukraine to improve resource potential of economy and social sphere.
