Thesis is dedicated to forecasting of quantitative indices of students who would apply for the system of post-graduate remote education (SPRE) and the strategy of organization of studies in SPRE. Simulation models of system of postgraduate education in Ukraine in general and for regions, or for chosen speciality are developed in the thesis and their realization permits to increase the planning of SPRE.
