Feldiy P. Prophylaxis and treatment of local radiation complications of upper air passages of patients with ENT (ear, nose, throat) canсers

For the purpose of prophylaxis the beginnings of local radiation complications of patients with ENT cancer were ascertained the most possible aetiological factors that provoke the development of afore-mentioned pathology. The structure of local radiation complications of upper air passages was determined, among which the main place is occupied by acute radioepiteliitis (90,03%). During formation of complex of diagnostic check-up that included endoscopic, microbiological, cytological, immunological, ultrasonic investigations, echography based differential diagnostics between infiltrative laryngeal carcinomas was worked out (presence of focal formation) and laryngeal chondroperichodritis, radiation oedema, fibrosis (lack of focal formation). During investigation was ascertained the oppression of anti-tumors resistance condition (immunosupression) of patients with ENT cancers with radioepiteliitis. Worked out and approved the complex medicinal immunocreative and local anti-inflamatory, regenerativemethod of treatment of upper air passages radioepiteliitis. This method is the most adequate prophylactic action, that reduces the risk of formation of the other complications.
