Essay

The thesis are devoted to the investigation of commodity science estimation of powder paint and varnish coverings on different linings. As a result of carrying out complex commodity science estimation of powder paint and varnish coverings on metal linings it is found out, that they have a high physico-mechanical, protective and anticorrosive properties, and also are characterized by a beautiful shine and the bright aesthetical look. With the purpose of expansion of scopes of powder paints and wood materials use in Ukraine a new way of production of powder paint and varnish coverings on wood plates is elaborated which includes preliminary drying of half-finished products from wood plates, putting on them an earth layer, drying the first coating of half-finished products, cooling, putting on them powder paint (electrostatic or tribostatic), formation of a powder paint and varnish covering which differs that the surface of wood material is first covered with special electroconductive coating, and for theformation of a powder paint and varnish covering apply convection heating is applied. The analysis of the results of the complex commodity science estimation gives the basis to state, that the powder paint and varnish coverings achieved on wood plates have high aesthetic, physico-mechanical and protective properties, and the developed new products "Facades MDF with a powder paint and varnish covering" are characterized by the increased consumer properties.
