Essay

The dissertation is devoted to elaboration and introduction of the new trend in estimating the state of human immune system - to the analysis of a intensity immunogenesis and to migration of the activative lymphocytes in an inside medium of an organism. In short-term and long-term cultures of the lymphocytes, owing to the investigations, it was discovered that in circulating lymphocytes the residual signs of their previous immunogenesis in lymphoid organs are: the frequency of acrocentric chromosomes associations, the size of cells, T-lymphocytes avidity to the sheep's erythrocytes, luminescence intensity of lymphocytes fluorochromed with acridine-orange. On the basis of activative signs found during the investigations, the appropriate methods were worked out: 1) cytogenetic; 2) cytomorphometric; 3) avidin-rosette; 4) luminescent - the usage of acridine-orange. The immunogenesis characteristic of separate immunogenesis methods is proved with correlative links of their indices in the culture of the lymphocytes (in vitro) and in blood of the examined patients (in vivo), from using monoclonal antibodies to panspecific (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD16, CD20) and stadiospecific (CD25) membranous structures.
