Essay

This dissertation thesis deals with the action of recombinative subalinum probiotic upon the causative agent of colibacteriosis in vitro and upon some systems and organs of hens under conditions of experimental colibacterial infection. In hens with colibacteriosis the strain of intestine bacillus have been extracted, their serologic O?types have been established and the antagonistic effectiveness of subalinum as to the extracted cultures has been defined. The daily prophylactic and medicinal doses of probiotic under conditions of colibacterial infection have been established. In case of its use in the treatment the restoration of the intestine microbiocenosis from the 3rd to the 1st degree of disbacteriosis has been marked and its disintoxic action established. The use of this biopreparation resulted in the increase of the number of lysozym in the blood serum ii healthy hens as well as in the protein off eggs. The stimulation of antivirous immunity under conditions of hens' vaccination against Newcastle disease by using probiotic per-orally has been established. The use of subalinum as a drug in comparison with norfloxacinum resulted in faster restoration in the data of protein, lipid and pigmentation exchange in the liver. Under conditions of D- and E-hypovitaminosis in hens the therapeutic action of vitamins preparations used in combination with probiotics has been observed. Subalinum did not cause marked morphologic changes in the tissues of the liver.
