Essay

The dissertation founded on problem of increasing effect from diagnosis and treatment in patients suffering from I-II stages of infiltrative larynx cancer (ILC), end based on to results of test and treatment in 389 illness. It has been spotted effects at different methods diagnosis and introduced a new program of screen test. It has been provided in treatment of patient with early stages of ILC and it should be used as surgery-x-ray methods of treatment. We prefer to use x-ray therapy as a single method of treatment in regime of increasing basis (3 Gy) at on a first stage of splitting course under radioprotectors and enterosorbents. In the case of the cancer of base epiglottis we propose operation of extraction epiglottis and resection of its healthy part with her following simultaneous replantation was proposed as the best choice operation for safekeeping of the dividing function of the larynx.
