Essay

Dissertation is devoted of problems of increase effectiveness breakers rock in quarries by utilization deep-hole charges with a side cavity and liner initiator. It proves, it that the evenness of energetic saturation of the massif throughout the height of an open pit bench in quarry, under different durability breakers characteristics of the rock is was provided by the corresponding length of hollow cylinders in a charge and size of their diameters. For the first time, has been proved the delay of expansion detonating products to depend from the thickness of a charge the casing. Has been determined dependence of radial trend of explosion elaborate charge from correlation between cavity and borehole diameters and the critical diameter of the used explosive. Have been theoretically grounded and expert proved why directional charge of lower or variable liner mass to secure lowering of specific expenditure of explosion to guaranty a quality of the exploded ore mass.
