A recurrence in the dynamics of their populate is set, synchronized with droughts and sharp changes of sun activity (SA). Chronics of mass reproductions of the named wreckers it is recommended to use for the informative providing at development of long-term prognoses of their mass reproduction with an account as the criterion of the sharp changes SA. The regional prognoses of beginning of next flashes of mass reproduction of the most main wreckers of winter wheat in Left-bank Forest-steppe of Ukraine are developed.
