The object of the investigation — modern English speaking legal acts and scientific-technical articles (official discourse), modern English speaking anecdotes (unofficial discourse). The purpose of the investigation — the analysis of the addresser-addressee relations in interpersonal communication, the modeling of the official/unofficial discourse addressee. The methods of the investigation — descriptive, comparative, the method of communicative blocks modeling, the methods of structural and pragmatic analysis.The theoretical results and novelty — addressee's model and its typology has been constructed; the models of interpersonal communication within the official and unofficial discourses are highlighted. The practical results: the use of the materials, basic positions and conclusions in the teaching of the English language stylistics, in special courses of pragmatic, text interpretation. The field of application: communicative linguistics.
