3. Dissertation is dedicated of application antitumor autovaccine in combined treatment of breast cancer patients with IIA and IIB stages. It was proved that the use of antitumor autovaccine enhances the treatment efficacy: frequency of development of relapses and metastasis was decreased; duration of the period before disease progression as well as indices of overall 3-year survival were increased. Dependence of changes of immune parameters and clinical efficiency of vaccinotherapy of patients with breast cancer is depended on the histological variants of tumor. It is proved that the immune monitoring of patients with breast cancer, who underwent autovaccination, is recommended to be supplemented with the study of delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions and parameters of neutrophils activity.
