The object is neuroendocrine regulation of puberty of male Coturnix coturnix japonica; the aims -to investigate with the help gysto-, and cytologic techniques participa-tion dopamine receptors in realization of effects mela-tonin on gonadal system and pineal gland round the clock; the new approach - for the first time it is shown, that introduction of melatonin in the afternoon stimulates gonadotropocity and gonads of birds, both through D1-, and through D2 dopamine receptors. While, in the morning, in oppressing action of melatonin on reproduc-tive system occurs both through D1-, and through D2-receptors; in the evening - through D1-receptors; and at night dopamine system is not involved in influence of melatonin. It was shown, that introduction of melatonin stimulates SHN of hypothalamus in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening, pinealcells - in the after-noon, in the evening and at night
