Raised the efficiency of complex medical treatment at children with jaw-facial area purulent wounds by phased application of modern fatherland multicomponent ointments. Already from the first afteroperation day in wound under action of multicomponent ointments "Oflocain-Darnitsa" and "Metiluracil-Darnitsa" have began the normalization of microcirculation disorders and metabolism in soft tissues, which further have changed in fibroblast activity, fibril-genesis and epitelise stimulation, by creation of favourable terms for proliferate processes acceleration, that, as a result, improved the local clinical purulent-inflammation processes displays. Near that, the wound reparation processes flowed more intensive with the phased using of modern fatherland multicomponent ointments, which, in the eventual account, help much more rapidly healing the wounds. 24 ours wound reduction area with the phased using of the ointments "Oflocain-Darnitsa" and "Metiluracil-Darnitsa" and application of ointment "Algofin" during all wounding process makes accordingly, 8,5% and 5,25%, and closely interlacing with positive pH index dynamics, interwound temperature rating and nearwound soft tissues pliability.
