Essay

In thesis were introduced the system of interdisciplinary approach of investigated 140 couples, where the wife's having a chronical adnexite. Psychic state was investigated and changes of personality and couple's inter-personality relations at desadaptation were revealed. The role of somato-genic, psychogenic and negative social-psychological factors in the development of desadaptation was fixed; clinical forms of the couple's desadaptation were revealed, their differential-diagnostic criteria and system of psychotherapeutic correction of couple's desadaptation at chronic adnexite in wife, which allowed to reach a high therapeutic effect in 76±4% married couples were proposed.
