Essay

The dissertation is devoted on determination of developing exponents of pharynx and nose mucosa's normal microflora (NMF) and skin surface during a traumatic disease (TD) and determination of microbiological criterions of a current severity of TD in patients with combined trauma of support-locomotor system (SLS) and skull (S). NMF exponents of pharynx and nose mucosa and skin surface had been determined for theoretically healthy people living in Donetsk region of Ukraine. A significant disbalance between quantitative exponents and specific compound of pharynx and nose mucosa NMF and skin surface has been revealed in 112 inspected patients. An interdependance between NMF in 24-hours term after a trauma and a following increase of the frequency's development of posttraumatic complications and of death rate of TD. A specific compound of niduses of an infammination during infectious complications of combined trauma of SLS and S depending on a kind of a dominant injury had been studied. A posibility to usechanges of exponents of a NMF as microbiological criterions of an estimation of state severity in patients as diagnostics of a dominating injury and as prognostics of a possible development of complications running and an upshot of TD.
