Essay

In the dissertation, results on improvement and applied use of the methods of intraspecific genotyping of infectious pathogen agents by determination of their plasmid profile (PP) and analysis of chromosome DNA endonuclease restriction fragment length polymorphism (AChrDNA ERFLP) are presented. Based on experimentally tested effective methods of microorganisms cells destroying, unified technologies of intraspecific genotyping by determination of PP and AChrDNA ERFLP and developed standardized criteria of estimation of electrophoretic profile identity to determine genetic relationships between strains are created for the first time. Biological properties of 17 strains of S. aureus subsp. aureus isolated in outbreak of hospital suppurative septic infection and 50 strains of S. choleraesuis subsp. choleraesuis serovar Enteriditis isolated from patients with salmonellosis at sporadic and group morbidity were studied. Intraspecific epidemiological pheno- and genotyping (determination of PP and AChrDNA ERFLP) of staphylococcus and salmonella strains were carried out. Absence of clear correlative dependence between pheno- and genotyping is confirmed.
