Essay

It is first shown that the method of laser correlation spectroscopy (LKS) is effective for early diagnostics of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathies (DR). Besides, with the help of fluorescent intubations studying morphofunctional states of erythrocyte’s membranes of DR patients is carried out. It has found one of leading pathogenetic parts that consist in the expressed change of lipid matrix. The carried out researches have allowed to develop and offer for introduction in clinical practice new method of complex treatment of patients with DR with incorporation of domestic drug Tiotriazolin, which has membranoprotective action, and one of drugs of cord blood "Gemokord", that promoted efficiency of medical treatment. Possibility of the use of method of the LKS whey of blood and fluorescent sounding of erythrocyte’s membranes for estimation of efficiency of the conducted therapy is shown.
