Essay

The thesis is devoted to the issue of the Galician Regional Sejm (1861-1918) organization and activities. The research is made on the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, archival documents and legal-normative acts. The results of the research gave the possibility to reaffirm the conclusion about the Galician Regional Sejm subordination and staying under the control of the central authority; and its activity concerning the population of the krai shall be regarded as openly anti-popular.
