Dissertation is dedicated to the research of the general-theoretical views of Stanislav Dnistryanskuy on law and state. Dissertator developed a typology of the sources and historiography of the research of the scientific heritage of Stanislav Dnistryanskuy, studied out methodological basis of his legal and state concept, and also studied and analyzed his views on the place and role of law in the scientific system, on understanding of the genesis of law and state, on the notion, types and forms of law and state, international and interstate associations in his dissertation.
