Zgonnik O. Clinico-technological peculiarities of manufacturing of full removable dentures with the use of elastic plastics.

The thesis is devoted to the working out and clinical approbation of the improved technology of full removable dentures manufacturing in unfavourable condition of the prosthetic bed. The analysis of statistic material allowed to define of the Poltava region population in full removable prosthetics. Laboratory investigations of different plastics testify to the necessity to use the combination "Ftorax" + "Ufi Gel P" in the shortened elastic margin of a denture and "Ftorax" + "PM-01", when the length of elastic margin is 8-10 mm. Placing, thickness and drawing of inner-oral margin of the denture are determined during parallelometric study of models of the edentulous jaws. Functional effectiveness of prosthetics according to the proposed method is supported by the data of electromyography. Shorting of adaptation term, lowering of a number of denture corrections accessibility of the method and satisfaction of patients with the results of prosthetics allow to recommend the improved technology to be inculcated into practice.
