The object is 176 patients with chronic noncalculous cholecystitis; the aim is to improve the efficiency of the treatment of patients with chronic noncalculous cholecystitis; the methods are clinical, instrumental, biochemical, immunofermental; the new approach is firstly studing cytokine type a to the bile, the role of disbalanse of the vegetative adjusting and concomitant damage of stomach is set in development of chronic noncalculous cholecystitis; the expediency of using altan and dicetel for the treatment of chronic noncalculous cholecystitis has been substantiated; the results are the elaborated differential schemes make it possible to improve the efficiency of the treatment; it have been introduced in educational process and medical practice; the field of science is medicine.
