The dissertation is dedicated to the research of strength and deformation of bending steel concrete elements in which the tensional additional non-tensioned reinforcement was set in elements under the various load levels. The methodology of the construction of research samples is developed and the experimental researches of the strength and deformability of steel concrete bending elements, intensified by the additional reinforcement bar under the various load levels, as well as reinforcement percentage of both initial and additional reinforcement are conducted. The advanced method of the calculation of strength and bending is offered and the recommendations on the optimal of intensification of the bending steel concrete elements that are intensified by the additional reinforcement of the tensional zone under the various load level are submitted.
