The work is aimed at studying certain features in the course of bronchial asthma and updating the approaches to its medical treatment in children with the syndrome of undifferentiated connective tissue systemic dysplasia (SUCTSD). On the basis of an integrated study it was established that bronchial asthma, formed against the background of SUCTSD, was characterized by a more severe course than that observed in patients without said syndrome. The expedience of Instenone administration together with singlet-oxygen therapy in combined treatment of these patients.
