Lebed' P. Cyclization of 1-chloroalkylheterocumulenes with derivatives of 2(3)-azahetarylacetic acids

Reaction of 1-chloroalkylheterocumulenes with derivatives of 2(3)-azahetarylacetic acids is studied. As a result, development of a new effective synthetic approach to a series of hardly accessible derivatives of heterocondensed pyrimidine systems is made. Depending on 1-chloroalkylheterocumulene used, condensed pyrimidines of different saturation degree and various arrangements of exocyclic functionalization are prepared. New recyclizations is found in the row of newly synthesized pyrimidine systems. A new cyclization in the chemistry of heterocumulenes of 1-chloroalkylcarbodiimides with triethylamine resulting in zwitterionic compound - 2-triethylammonio-3,4-dihydroquinazolinides is found.
