Pershyn V. Organized and Legal Guaranteeing of Mortgage Credit Introduction in Ukraine

The object – public relations, which arise in sphere of mortgage crediting, and improvement of their legal regulation; the purpose – a complex development of the basic directions of the state activity to guarantee ramified network of mortgage banks on the basis of considering world experience of their functioning, and the introduction of legislative base which adjusts relations in the sphere of mortgage crediting; the methods – dialectical, logical, system, historical and legal methods; the novelty – complex research of organized and legal process of mortgage credit introduction in Ukraine, processes of becoming and development of foreign and Ukrainian mortgage banks as basic element of mortgage credit system, the organizational role of the state during the creation of the given system is carried out for the first time; the results – materials of the thesis can be used in research, law-making, law-enforcing spheres and educational process.
