The dissertation is devoted to synthesis and research phosphorus oxynitride glasses and complicated nitridophosphates. Glassformations studied for systems МІ2О-P2O5 (MI - Li, Na, K) - nitridation agent (carbamide, dicyandiamide, cyanuric acid, melem, PON). It is established correlations between a parity N/P in glass and mixture structure. For a glass LiPO3-xN2/3x and Li0,5Na0,5PO3-xN2/3x (x = 0,3-0,45) dependencies electric conductivity - temperature have been investigated. Features of oxidation-reduction processes during interaction oxides р-and d-metals with phosphorus oxynitride melted systems are found out. Areas of formation and features of formation nitridophosphates MI3MIIIN(PO3)3 (MI - Na, K; MIII - Al, Ga, Ti, V, Cr) at a solution - melting crystallization are established. Bases of solid state interaction of compounds MI3MIIIN(PO3)3 (MIII - Al, Ga, In, Cr, Ti, V, In) and MI2MII2N(PO3)3 (MII - Mg, Ca, Fe) are worked out. Have been synthesized 26 nitridophosphates, 15 of which have been receivedfor the first time. Parameters of crystal gratings of compounds are calculated according the data to powder diffraction. Have been investigated thermal stability and interpreted IR-specters of nitridophosphates. For crystals Na3AlN(PO3)3 and Na3ТіN(PO3)3 are carried out X-ray diffraction researches which have allowed to establish interrelation between the nature of alkaline and trivalent metals from the one hand and an opportunity of formation of compounds of structure of MI3MIIIN(PO3)3 from another. The basis of synthesis and growing of monocrystals nitridophosphates has been developed.
