Streltsov V. State financial control of local government bodies activities

Object of research: process of public administration of the sphere financial control local self-government activity. Aim: theoretical basing of standing and development organisational and legal mechanism of public administration of the sphere financial control local self-governmental authorities’ activity. Methods: logic-semantically, historical, comparative, abstractive and statistic. Results: improvement organisational and legal mechanism of public financial control of the local self-governmental authorities’ activity. Novelty: for the first time are defined five models of public financial control of the self-governmental authorities’ activity; a new understanding of the system standardization and codification of public financial control . Degree of introduction: recommendations on the improving financial control are introduced by the Charkiv city council and Ministry of finance. Spheres of using: public administration, scientific researches, teaching at a university.
