Gaman P. State policy of environment friendly development of economy in transformational period

Object of research: The process of forming state ecological politics. Purpose: defining desirable changes in the mechanisms of realising state ecological politics. Methods: unity of historical and logical, abstract-logical, statistical-economical, calculated-constructive and experimental. Results: development of conceptual basis and mechanism of forming effective system of state administration of the nature's usage. Novelty: theoretical and methodological grounds for forming the system of public administration of the nature's protection. It was implemented while developing the system of co-ordination of nature protection activity in Lviv oblast. Areas of use: public administration, departmental management, training and retraining of public servants.
