Litoshenko O. Administrative responsibility in the system of legal responsibility.

Object of the research - system of types of legal responsibility in Ukraine in the context of determination of the place of the administrative responsibility. Purpose of the research - to develop further theoretical provisions on the administrative responsibility and to provide proposals on the improvement of the legal regulation of the institute of administrative responsibility in Ukraine. Methods of research: dialectical, systemic, structural and functional, logical, legal and formal, legal comparison, statistical. Outcomes -the definition of the administrative responsibility is proposed, specific features of the administrative responsibility in comparison with other types of legal responsibility are established, the proposals on improvement of the legal regulation of the institute of administrative responsibility are initiated. Results -the new concept of the single codified act is developed - the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences that envisages a number of significant legislative notations; implemented in educational process; sphere - administrative law.
