Sherstyuk V. Substantiation of parameters of sow process of mineral fertilizers by distributing dosing device

The dissertation deals with the problem of improving the technological process of applying mineral fertilizers due to the more even distribution and the increase in the efficiency of the device. A new type of the distributing dosing working organ has been suggested which is a variety of a transporting pipe with intermediate selection of mineral fertilizers in sowing windows with dosing mechanisms. Mathematic models of the displacement of a particle and a layer of loose material in the transporting pipe with the inner screw surface and in the dosing device have been determined. Using these models the impact of geometric and kinematic parameters on the speed of material displacement and the efficiency of the conveyer and dosing device have been investigated. Based of the investigation results, rational parameters of the distributing dosing device have been established. Validity of theoretical work has been proved by the experimental work carried out in laboratories and on enterprise installations. Majorresults of this work have been practically used in the firm "Open Society Galeshinasilmash" in Poltava region.
