Kozinets O. The staff training of Russian Army in the second quarter of the 19-th century

The object of study - the Niсolas I government military policy in the field of the staff training of Russian. The purpose of study is the reconstruction of a complete picture of a history of preparation of the military staff and methods of acquisition of army in the second quarter of the 19-th century, and also analysis of reaction of the contemporaries on measures of governments connected to activity of military establishments. The methods used in the research are: comparative-historical, historical-reconstruction, problem-chronological, modern methods of source-lore criticism, method of the cross analysis, method of comparison of the information. The practical value of the dissertation consists in use of its ideas and conclusions during preparation of lecture courses, methodical and manuals on a history of Russia of the 19-th century , world history, and also on a history of the state and right. The thesis is devoted to the research of the history of military staff training and the methods of army recruiting in the second quarter of the 19-th century, and also to analysis of the relation of the society representatives to measures of government in the field of military policy.
