Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of physical and psychological development as well as to clinical course's peculiarities of autonomic disorders in schoolchildren of middle and older age in Vinnytsia region with vegetative nervous system dysfunction. It is determined that the pubertal spurt of these children is early (on 1 year before) and impetuous. Autonomic disorders' course is characterized by the great quantity of complaints, clinical manifestations' polymorphism, frequent combination of vegetative regulation impairments in several systems of organism at once, considerable percentage of accompanying pathology. Psychological peculiarities of adolescents are connected with high level of personality anxiety, almost 100-percentage of the character accentuation availability (98,32±0,75%), expressed internal direction of behaviour control locus, irritability in combination with low aggressiveness and considerable hostility. Schoolchildren with autonomic disorders require the performance of qualitative dispensary observation and adequate psychological consultation (if necessary - the mild stage psychotherapy).
