Object of the study: credit relations agricultural enterprise with commercial banks in Ukraine. The Deepened studies were conducted on material Kamenec-Podolskogo is reeked Hmelnickoy area.Purpose of the study: development scientifically-motivated offers on improvement of the credit relations agricultural enterprise with commercial banks. Methods: dialectical method, system approach, methods of the analysis and syntheses, inductions and deductions, analogies and comparisons, generalizations, statistician-economic analysis, monographic, logical, history approach and formalizations.Theoretical and practical results: are motivated theoretical and methodical approaches, as well as practical offers on improvement of the credit relations agricultural enterprise with commercial banks.Scientific novelty: : is elaborated categories "credit relations of the commercial bank", "cost of the credit", is elaborated and complemented categorization type bank credit, which are given agricultural enterprise; the sourceprinciples of the bank lending is complemented; the objective requirements agricultural enterprise is complemented to organizations their credit service; certain essence of the credit relations agricultural enterprise with commercial banks; it is determined and systematized internal and external factors, under influence which is formed solvent demand agricultural enterprise on bank credit and credit activity of the banks in agrarian sector; the methodical approach is offered to determination of efficiency of the use agricultural enterprise short-term credit of the commercial banks; the designed offer on improvement acting mechanism of the reducing the price of the credit with state budget.Degree of the introduction: using in practice agricultural enterprise Kamenec-Podoliskogo region of Hmelnickoy area have found the methodical march to determination of efficiency of the use agricultural enterprise short-term credit of the commercial banks.
