Essay

Object. Changes in an defect subsystem, crystalline and magnetic microstructure of the explored films, caused by laser irradiation action. Purpose. To set physical regularities modification of initial and implanted by the B+ ions of Ві-substituted FGF by the impulsive laser irradiation, in particular, to explore the changes which happened in the defect films subsystem and transitional layer between films and substrate. Methods. Research of structure and physical properties of Ві-substituted FGF was realized by the methods of twocryctall X-ray diffractometry, messbauer and optical spectroscopy with application of facilities of mathematical treatment of the got experimental results. Results. The results of researches of laser irradiation influencing of milli - and nanosecond duration on the defect subsystem, and also change of structural, magnetic and optical properties in Ві-substituted unimplanted and implanted ferrite-garnet films are presented in dissertation.
