Essay

The object of investigation were duodenal ulcer patients; the aim was improving effectiveness of diagnostic and treatment peptic ulcer duodenum with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD); the methods were retrospective analyses and the methods are clinical and laboratory research, fast urease test, bacteriological method, methods of variation statistic. It was established that combination of rabeprazole and domperidon have been more effective in eliminate pathological gastroesophageal reflux, than separately using of these medicaments.
